Supervision

Rooted in connection, curiousity, and compassion.

The intention of accessing a social work supervisor is not to be evaluated or judged, but to be supported. Supervision offers a dedicated space to slow down, reflect on your work, and tend to both the clinical and human parts of being a social worker. It is a place to ask questions, explore uncertainty, strengthen ethical decision-making, and deepen confidence in your practice.

At its heart, supervision is about connection — having someone walk alongside you as you grow, navigate complexity, and care for yourself while caring for others. It supports sustainability, integrity, and ongoing learning, so your work can remain grounded, meaningful, and aligned with your values.

My approach to supervision is grounded in the belief that strong, ethical social workers are shaped not only by knowledge and skill, but by reflection, relationship, accountability, and care for the self within the work. Supervision in this practice is a collaborative learning relationship that prioritizes client safety, ethical practice, and the developmental needs of the student. I view supervision as a space where curiosity is encouraged, questions are welcomed, and growth is supported through honest dialogue rather than perfection.

At the core of my supervision philosophy are the following values:
