These 50-minute sessions are ideal for current, returning, or new clients who need targeted support for a single, clearly defined challenge. Sessions are in-person or virtual, structured, and designed to help you get unstuck—without committing to ongoing therapy.

Why Solution Focused?

Rooted in Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), these sessions use evidence-based principles that shift the focus from what’s wrong to what’s possible. We explore your strengths, resources, and inner wisdom—rather than dissecting the entire story.

SFBT is grounded in the belief that you already hold parts of the solution, and that a skilled therapist can help draw those pieces forward. Even in a single session, this approach can foster insight, reduce overwhelm, and increase your sense of agency.

This kind of focused therapy can be especially helpful when you're:

  • Not suitable for: Couples therapy, complex trauma processing, or ongoing therapeutic work

These sessions are designed to stand alone. They are not meant to be the beginning of a long-term therapeutic relationship.

  • New clients: If you’d like ongoing support, you’re welcome to join the waitlist after this session.

  • Returning clients: This session is separate from past work and won’t automatically reopen your file.

  • Current clients: If something new arises, bring it into your regular sessions. These last-minute sessions are meant for urgent, issue-specific needs that fall outside your usual schedule.

This is not a space to bring multiple issues or explore deep-rooted patterns—this is about taking a focused step forward.
