What is Joyful Living?
Joyful Living is when individuals are present in their daily moments, engaged with themselves, and connected with others. When we are living joyfully, we move through beautiful and challenging situations with acceptance and awareness – and maybe a little bit of spice. Joyful Living is knowing there will be difficult times and knowing the innate capabilities to meet those difficult times with grace, emotion, expression, and vulnerability. We may discover aspects of ourselves to nourish, or beliefs to let go of; new opportunities to learn and expand our mind, bodies, and spirits. Joyful Living is life with meaning and celebration for our unique ways of being.
