Supportive Services Reviews
”Working with Heather has given me a safe space that is focused on me. There is complete trust, and I can unload in a non-judgemental, supportive environment.
”Joyful Living counselling came into my life exactly when I needed it most. I am grateful for who Heather is and how she handles our sessions through wisdom, experience, support, and space. She has pushed me and supported me at the same time, making all my experiences safe for me. I recommend her weekly to people I know because everyone can benefit from this type of support!
”Heather has been wonderful to work with. She is real, calm, collected, and open to allowing a session to go in any direction and providing support throughout. There is so much knowledge to gain and I can use what I learn in my personal and professional life.
”I gained the ability to sit with my experiences, and be able to accept my feelings and reactions as valid and true. This helps me step back and look at what's my own stuff versus what is others.
”I have enjoyed working with Heather; she is very compassionate and supportive. She understands the agricultural world and working with a multigenerational farm family.
”I have learned to be more vocal, if I don't say what I need or think, change won't happen. I am challenged to move through the discomfort.
”I've learned to slow down, respond rather than react.
